Frequently Asked Questions

If I’m shipping my camera to TrueLook for repairs, will TrueLook provide a box to ship the camera in?

TrueLook does not provide boxes for shipping your camera to us, but suitable boxes are available at all major shipping carrier stores.

If I’m shipping my camera to TrueLook for repairs, can my box be arranged for pickup?

Yes, you can schedule pickup with the shipping carrier. You will need to ensure that the label has been printed out and secured to the box prior to pickup.

I received a shipping label from TrueLook to ship my camera back for repairs. Do I need to print and attach the label to the box myself?

Unless you are scheduling for package pickup with the shipping carrier, take the label to the appropriate shipping carrier store. It will be scanned, printed out, and applied to the box for you at the store.

What can I expect after I send my camera to TrueLook for repairs?

Once we receive your camera, our technicians will thoroughly assess it to see what actions need to be taken. We will reach out to let you know our findings and recommended next steps.

After I pack the camera, what should I fill my shipping box with?

We recommend filling the box with any standard packing materials (bubble wrap, packing paper, etc.) to avoid damage and shifting during transit.
