Once your account has been created, you will receive an email containing your temporary password. When you receive that email you will be prompted to login and create a new secure password.
After creating your new password you’ll be able to access the application via app.truelook.cloud/login or by using the TrueLook mobile app moving forward.
If you select Remember Me at login, your login information will be remembered by the system. This will remove the need to log into the application with your username and password each time.
If you forget your password to access the TrueLook application, click on the Forgot Password link on the login screen. After this, you will be presented with a pop-up message prompting you to enter your email address associated with your TrueLook account. Once you have done this, click Reset My Password and a link will be emailed to the address provided. Click the link in the email and follow the directions to reset your password.
